Doris disruption…..and the winner is…..

flower, cup, sunflower, heronsbill

We had a great time in London last week – all 9 of us. Thanks to storm Doris we had more fun than we anticipated, as we couldn’t get home. A night in London with 7 kids wasn’t in the plan – we decided to stay when we heard that Euston underground and over ground stations were closed.  The mainline station was later opened to allow the displaced to sleep on the concourse. An overnight in Euston is never an option to be taken lightly.
We found somewhere to stay (by some miracle), bought nine pairs of matching pink heart PJs, a big bag of toothbrushes and we slept well.
I got home just in time to collect the exhibition kit for Pro Beauty and head South again.
The show was an enormous success for us, with hundreds of people coming to see us, either at the stand or at one of the three talks.
I had hoped to announce the winner of the prize draw but we are still inputting all of the entries – we will let you know who won the free place on one of our accredited post-graduate diplomas via the next edition of this newsletter.
In the meantime – if you have one of the offer codes given to many at the exhibition, use it now to book your course. It expires this evening. If you don’t have one, contact us and we will give you another which is valid until 1200 tomorrow.
Course bookings are high as high can be. Jo is adding more dates and venues (oh, I have news about that – something else for next weeks note) and will do her best to fit you in.
Sending the silver lining (aka pink heart PJs)

Please come and see us either at Guys Cancer Centre or at a talk or an exhibition.
