Project management – specialist skincare for cancer patients

Project management – specialist skincare for cancer patients

Time management is a key part of my working life – I have a lot to fit into a day (don’t we all?) especially now that lovely husband is sunning himself in the US (yeah, yeah, sorry, working in the US).  Launching 200 new products – all specialist skincare for cancer patients – has been an epic project and we have all been heads down to achieve the targets we have set ourselves – 600 images for Rebecca, 200 safety data sheets for Shaira, lots of formulations for me, Alice is taking the manufacturing lead.
Over the weekend time management (and nutrition) slipped into my home life – my little one had England Volleyball Trials – parents (of potentially ‘elite athletes’) were schooled in the importance of both disciplines. Sadly, the girls were in the room at the same time.
‘mum, can you make my breakfast by 8 so that I have time to revise my physics?’
‘yes, what time is it now?’
(with a smile in her voice) ‘0730, you have 10 minutes’
I don’t know where she gets it from.
Sending forward planning and a good breakfast (apparently you won't get one without the other)
