The new juices, which start from £5, will help to detox, invigorate and revive.

The juicing menu will be rolled-out across InterContinental London Park Lane including Spa InterContinental and room service. Energy Jolt

Pineapple, Korean Ginseng, Apple, and Lime

This juice is great for renewal and invigoration. Pineapple contains bromelain, an enzyme that helps in the repair of damaged cells - good after an injury or sickness or even to combat minor muscle tissue damage after a run or hard session in the gym. The spice of the ginger will wake you up and the lime has an alkalizing effect as well as complementing the sweetness of the pineapple. Korean ginseng helps the body to rebalance and combat stress. If your adrenal glands are overworked or you are tired and lacking focus, then Korean ginseng can help strengthen your body systems so you recover more quickly.

Stamina Boost

Beetroot, apple, ginger

Beetroot contains high levels of iron and is great for energy and stamina - it's also the 'go-to' vegetable for a detoxing effect and to help establish good gut flora. Apple contains pectin which binds to cholesterol to slow glucose absorption and combat sugar highs. It also contains malic acid which helps in the gall bladder's processing of fats. Ginger increases the metabolic rate, is warming and boosts the immune system with its antimicrobial and antibiotic qualities.

Vitamin Shot

Carrot, Apple and Ginger

Carrot contains Beta-carotene that makes it a rich source of vitamin A. It Improves immunity and vitality and is good for the skin.  Apple contains high-levels of Vitamin C and other antioxidants to help the digestive system.
